Alimentació

Amb alimentació controlada i 10 hec de pastures en boscos d'alzines, i un entorn de màxima tranquil·litat, allunyats de carreteres i sorolls.

Domini del cicle total del animal, ja que TOT es fa dins de la finca, a excepció de la matança, a menys de 5 km de nosaltres.
